Henna Night at the Castellani Art Museum: Learn about the art of mehndi!

Come to the Castellani Art Museum of Niagara University on Wednesday, April 10th from 4:30pm-6:30pm for Henna Night! Learn about the traditional art of mehndi from henna artists in the local Buffalo-Niagara region through demonstrations and discussions in this family friendly program. Mehndi, also known as henna, is a form of decorative body art worn by women throughout South Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, featuring intricate geometric and natural designs. Visitors to the museum on Henna Night will receive one free mehndi (henna) design while supplies last. Paid refreshments available courtesy of Niagara University’s Muslim Student Alliance.
