Children 6 to 12 participate in fun-filled art activities that involve hands-on art-making and gallery exploration. Each workshop includes a short talk highlighting a child-friendly Museum artwork. A CAM teaching artist works closely with participants to foster the creation of a customized work of art to take home.
-Saturdays from 11 a.m. -1 p.m. at the Castellani Art Museum

-$10/Child, $5/Participating Guardian, Free for Non-Participating Guardians, Members, and EBT cardholders.*

Description: What are your biggest hopes and wishes for the upcoming school year? Create a colorful vision board of your school year ambitions using a tissue paper painting watercolor technique.
Saturday, October 28| Día de los Muertos Memories and Memento with Kiyomi Millar
Description: Join CAM in celebrating the Day of the Dead! Students will create a Día de los Muertos Ofrenda Nicho Box commemorating the life of an ancestor or a special event.
Saturday, November 25| Wonderful Winter Stamp-Making with Zach Daddis
Description: Show your appreciation for the winter season with stamp printmaking! Students will be able to learn about the rich history of stamp and block printing and create their own stamps based on local winter landscapes!
Preregistration is greatly encouraged as space is not guaranteed at the beginning of this event. Please arrive 15 minutes before this event if you plan on registering at the door.
