About Niagara University Theatre
Niagara University Theatre, the producing entity of the Department of Theatre and Fine Arts at Niagara University, has been proudly entertaining and educating audiences since 1964. Each season strives for great variety, ranging from classical to contemporary, musical to physical theatre, traditional to new works. Productions provide students the opportunities to apply knowledge, skills, and techniques explored in class. In 2010, Niagara University Theatre celebrated the opening of the Elizabeth Ann Clune Center for Theatre and the newly renovated Leary Theatre. With a 3-story lobby boasting breathtaking views of the Niagara River, Theatre Lounge with a fireplace and concessions bar, black-box acting studio, and numerous rehearsal spaces, it truly is the epicenter for performing arts.
