CAM for Kids offers hands-on, family-friendly programs that spark curiosity and foster a lifelong appreciation for art. Designed for children of all ages, these monthly experiences bring art to life through storytelling, film, and creative expression.
Art Express is a storytelling-based workshop held at CAM in partnership with local libraries. Designed for children ages 5–12 and their caregivers, each session begins with a storytime connected to an art theme, followed by a fun, hands-on project led by a CAM teaching artist. It’s a great way to explore books and art together.
CAM Fam Movie Day is a family movie series held right inside the museum. Families are invited to enjoy kid-friendly films along with hands-on activities like art-making, scavenger hunts, and take-home projects. Each movie is chosen to spark creativity and connect with the artwork in our galleries. A relaxed and engaging way to enjoy art together.
Camp CAM is a summer program for children ages 5–12 that combines visual art and theater in a fun, supportive environment. Each themed session includes hands-on projects, gallery exploration, and creative play that helps kids build confidence and express themselves through art.
