Niagara University, operating as the Castellani Art Museum of Niagara Museum (the “Museum”) provides www.castellaniartmuseum.org and its subdomains (including content accessible through mobile devices as well as downloadable mobile applications) (the “Website”) in support of the Museum’s mission to connect diverse audiences to art by inspiring creativity and learning within the campus community and beyond.
By accessing the Website, the user (“User”) agrees to be bound by the Terms of Use of the Website, and the below terms and conditions regarding privacy, which the Museum may revise at any time.

Upon receipt of a notice that meets these requirements, the University will remove or disable access to the material and will take reasonable steps to notify the User who posted it (“Alleged Infringer”). Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, the University will notify the complaining party and restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the complaining party informs the University that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
The Museum does not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Upon notice or discovery that PII from a child of under 13 has been collected without parental consent, the Museum will delete the PII.
