Volunteer
Volunteers Make Art Happen at CAM!
Castellani Art Museum offers diverse volunteer opportunities across both public-facing and behind-the-scenes roles. In public-facing positions, volunteers can engage directly with visitors as Exhibition Guides leading tours and interpreting exhibits, assist with Visitor Services to enhance the guest experience, support educational programming and tour development, or help with community marketing initiatives.
Behind the scenes, volunteers can contribute their skills in exhibition preparation through hands-on installation work, assist the curatorial team with research and artist documentation, or support the registrar's office with detailed collection management and records maintenance.
Each role draws on different strengths – from public speaking and education backgrounds to research expertise and administrative skills – allowing volunteers to meaningfully contribute while gaining valuable museum experience.
